Cayce Tilghman

Cayce Tilghman has been immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. By the age of nine, she had already experienced the excitement and challenges of moving across four different states. Her family eventually settled in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she spent the remainder of her childhood. This early exposure to relocation sparked her passion for real estate, which she pursued after attending NC State University in the vibrant City of Oaks.

Cayce transitioned from a successful career in banking to real estate in 2006, a decision she considers the best "move" she ever made. With over 18 years of experience, Cayce has guided clients through the dynamic real estate market, witnessing firsthand the remarkable growth from The Triangle to The Coast. Her expertise spans a wide range of properties, from $50K to $2.5M, making her well-versed in every price point.

In Raleigh, Cayce met her husband, Scott, and they married in 2013 at the iconic Angus Barn Pavilion. They have two daughters, Carson and Scotlyn, and have since expanded their family with two rescue dogs, Knox and Apollo. After outgrowing their North Raleigh home, they found their forever home in Johnston County, where they continue to create cherished memories.

When not assisting clients, Cayce is actively involved in her daughters' activities and volunteers at their school, coordinating the Fall and Spring Book Fairs. The family enjoys traveling, sports, entertaining, and outdoor adventures.
