As we close the door on another year, I find myself incredibly grateful for the relationships, the trust, and the many stories I was honored to be part of throughout this past year in real estate.
There’s no doubt that this year was both challenging and interesting. The real estate market across the Triangle was anything but one-size-fits-all. Buyers and sellers often experienced very different market conditions depending on their exact location, price point, and goals. But through every shift, every negotiation, and every unexpected turn, my focus remained the same: to guide, advocate for, and support my clients with clarity and care.
This year, I had the privilege of helping dozens of clients navigate the market in ways that went far beyond transactions. I worked alongside:
- Clients purchasing investment properties and expanding their rental portfolios to help build long-term, generational wealth
- Buyers and sellers involved in new construction and new development projects
- Investors flipping properties and creating value within our local communities
- Families upsizing as they prepared to welcome new babies
- Couples buying together as they got married or started new chapters
- Clients downsizing or relocating to be closer to grandchildren and loved ones
- And individuals navigating sensitive life transitions, where selling a home required not just expertise, but empathy
Each situation was unique, and each client placed an incredible amount of trust in me during some of the biggest decisions of their lives. That trust is something I never take lightly.
